I got inspired to design cards using flowers from paper doileys by a picture of a handmade card I saw in the Martha Stewart website. But of course the doiley flowers on the handmade card were so much more beautiful....I thought I should give it a try with the doileys that I could find here. The doiley flowers are so thin and delicate to cut with scissors especially the white ones. :) Each card you see here comes with a matching handmade envelope and is left blank on the inside for writing on personal wishes.

Combining dots on paper, matching ribbons and heart shape to this particular design...I love using dots to create a pattern on the paper...it's a good way to create your own pattern on a smooth plain paper ......All the 3 designs comes with a matching handmade envelope and it is left blank on the inside for writing on personal wishes.

I punched out some small flowers with a variety of colours that blend well together to make these simple designs. I am experimenting a lot nowadays with ribbons and trying to mix and match the different types into a design. :) These cards can be used as a Thank you card too!
